Conditions or Reasons:The removal of the Oak trees marked as 153 and 155 within the application would have a detrimental impact on the visual amenity they currently provide while eroding tree cover in this location. The trees are not so ill-suited to there location that it is sufficient to override the amenity benefits that they provide.

The pruning works permitted within this decision notice will reduce the crown encroachment over the property while ensuring the trees remain in a healthy, well formed state.
The tree works permitted in this decision are considered reasonable routine management, enabling the ongoing retention of the trees as a positive amenity feature to the area.
